VietAIR offers free check-in and priority security service for Korean customers.

For most customers, waiting to check in and go through security is the most uncomfortable and time-consuming aspect. At times, due to an overload of passengers, the process can extend to several hours.

Understanding this, from June 15 to September 15, 2019, VietAIR will provide a free check-in and priority security service at the airport for all Korean customers who book tickets on the VietAIR Korean website/App.

1. Promotion period: From June 15 to September 15, 2019.

2. Eligible customers: Korean customers who successfully book and issue tickets on the VietAIR Korean website/App.

3. Routes: All domestic & international routes.

4. Promotion details: Passengers can check in at the priority counter. Passengers will receive a priority stamp on their boarding pass to use the priority security lane.

5. Applicable airports: Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) & Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City).
