On November 27, Air Busan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sancheong County, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. This collaboration aims to promote tourism in the region and increase the number of passengers using Air Busan's services. The airline also provides special fares for Vietnamese people living in Sancheong County to visit their homeland.

Air Busan CEO, Han Tae-Geun, announced the launch of a new direct flight connecting Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Busan (South Korea), two major economic and tourism hubs. The daily service will commence on April 23rd.
Since October 28, 2018, Air Busan has officially opened a direct flight route between Hanoi and Busan. Air Busan has appointed Tam Vương as its official representative in Vietnam. Currently, Tam Vương is the only agent authorized to sell Air Busan tickets in the Vietnamese market.
