Air Seoul, a member of the 5-star Asiana Airlines, has officially launched in Vietnam and started operating the Hanoi - Seoul route from December 16th.
On November 14th, at the Pullman Hanoi Hotel, Air Seoul held a signing ceremony and official launch event in Vietnam, along with the inauguration of routes connecting Seoul to Hanoi and Nha Trang. The event was witnessed by Mr. Park Jong Sun, Chief Representative of the Korea Tourism Organization in Vietnam, and representatives from nearly 70 travel agencies and tour operators.
TVG Group Joint Stock Company is the official representative of Air Seoul in Vietnam, responsible for bringing promotional programs and quality services to Vietnamese customers.
According to Air Seoul, the Hanoi - Seoul route operates daily with one flight per day on weekdays, using Airbus A321 aircraft. Currently, the airline's network covers 17 airports in 9 Asian countries and Guam, USA.
Air Seoul started operating flights to Vietnam in May 2018 with the Seoul - Da Nang route, aiming to serve the needs of inbound tourists. To best serve this customer group, Air Seoul's flights have convenient schedules, aligning with hotel check-in and check-out times, and maximizing time for travelers.
Established in April 2015, despite being a young airline, Air Seoul aims to become the safest airline in the world and provide passengers with the best flight experiences. The airline's flights offer various amenities such as in-flight entertainment, free 10kg carry-on and 15kg checked baggage, and wider, more comfortable seats.
Mr. Lee Sang Hoon, Air Seoul's representative in Vietnam, hopes that with affordable prices and a focus on safety and comfort, the airline will provide Vietnamese travel companies with a new option for customers traveling to Seoul, the heart of Korea.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Dinh Ba, representative of TVG Group Joint Stock Company, emphasized: "As the representative of Air Seoul in Vietnam, Tam Vuong wishes to contribute to the diversity and growth of the market, providing Vietnamese customers with more choices in using aviation and tourism services."
